    OK long story short. I had to get a refund from a seller on ebay. I bought the item through paypal with the help of a 3V voucher. After a few weeks of being messed I finally got my refund today, or so I thought.

    I logged into my Paypal account expecting to see €321.79. The thing is they (the ebay seller) sent the refund to my 3v voucher but you can't receive funds to the 3v but surely the seller would have noticed this when trying to take it from their account.

    I hope the above is clear to anyone willing to help.

    What should I do?

    You can receive refunds to 3V, it should show up in about 3-5 days. If the 3V voucher has expired, you should be able to get a refund, or transfer it to another voucher (with appropriate fee).

    Cheers for that, I wasn't aware that refunds could go back onto the voucher.

    Oh and another thing, don't buy from e_cell :)
