Any bands want to play Fibber's on the 25th April?

As it says on the tin, I'm looking for a band to join the line up of three bands (Black and Blues, Machine Gun Baby and Hello Jackie) on Saturday 25th April in Fibber Magee's, Parnell Street, Dublin.

Im organising it myself and my own band was meant to be the fourth band but we had to pull out because our drummer can't do it. So if anyone is interested, leave an oul reply with a myspace or something like that so i can get a gist of the band. This Saturday seems like a busy night for bands, all of the bands that I or other members of my band know (apart from the three above) are all playing gigs that night elsewhere.

The bands at the moment are two general rock bands and one more hardcore band (Hello Jackie) so I don't mind a bit of variety.

Ah, well, even if we don't find a fourth band, it's no problem, the gig can go ahead with three bands, it's just I had it in my head to have four, so I figured I'd ask the good folk here if any of em want to play. If we don't find another band that's no problem, the gig will still be going ahead like

They be originals, but a cover band could play if they wanted to, but bear in mind that Fibber's is a rock venue

yeah man,

i think my band would be up for it, we called glenn an the floorshow, played there plenty of times, kinda jazzy rock band thing, just a few questions tho:

what time ya want us on?
how longs the set?
we gettin paid?
and whats the story with the backline, as regards kits an amps?

in regards to the your questions:

what time ya want us on?
bands to be there between 6pm and 7pm for set up and sound check and to sort things out like running order, I'll do up the running order on the on the day when I know things like if bands have left handed drummers they have to go on consecutively and things like that.

how longs the set?
We have three hours in total for four bands, so sets could be up to about 35 or maybe 40 mins.

we gettin paid?
unfortunatly not, there is no charge in a the door on Saturdays in Fibbers, so the bands dont get paid, but no one has to pay to play either so it balances out. It's just a gig for the fun of it this time.

and whats the story with the backline, as regards kits an amps?
Drums are being provided by Machine Gun Baby, obviously if your drummer needs anything specific he/she should bring it themselves. Amps are being provided by Hello Jackie

yeah that all sounds good only we'd need to be on first cause our singer has to leave earlier cause's he's already got plan's for later. if that's ok with ya's, you've got your fourth band
