Open Day @ Beechpark Studio this weekend

    Details are at www.beechpark.com, but it'll be a chance to check out a nice studio, there'll be some fooling around with mic'ed up instruments so that people can have a listen to some of the gear, and it'll be a chance to hob-nob with other engineery types.

    All day Friday and Saturday.

    yeah, fantastic setup. The Barn, which is the newest part, is great. Great big live room complete with videolink monitors so you can wave at your buddies in the control room in the other building. As for the technical gadgetry? You're asking the wrong man but its an impressive looking rig. Great monitors, loads of outboard stuff and a comfy swivvle chair. The chair had me sold...
    was fortunate enough to win 3rd prize in the raffle :D €100 voucher, which will be handy for renting out the barn for a day for a rehearsal session
