Im organsing an event on a (low) budget and Im looking to use a function room in a pub in a central Dublin location that wont cost an arm and a leg or may even be free.

The room would need to hold 60 - 100 people and have space for some drama performers to work.

    Any ideas? :)

    Upstairs in Bewley's?

They have a little stage and often have shows on there at lunchtime.

Drop into The Bankers pub on Dame Lane. They have a function room upstairs they use for comedy nights on Saturdays. Small stage, private bar, and It would hold the numbers you mentioned.

Don't know what night you're thinking of, but as far as I know, it's not used midweek, so might be what you're looking for.

Bowe's - College Green has a room upstairs that isn't usually used during the week. More than likely no charge for it.
