Clean everything, using a degreaser such as Muc Off is great. Once you have it cleaned, re lube the chain and you should be good to go!

Fenwicks FS-1 works just the same as Muc-Off, but it comes as a concentrate you dilute 10-1 so you get 11 litres for only slightly more than the price of 1 litre of Muc-Off.

What about the bottom bracket and the front/rear wheel axles ?
Should these be left alone ?
Will getting degreaser around these areas be a problem ?

Do I put a few drops of lube here too ?

    Cheers...

Where do you get the Fenwicks Blorg?

Cyclesuperstore have it for €14.99 or something like €13.50 if you are on their loyalty programme (just ask, no minimum purchase required.)

You can also buy it online from McConvey's for £10.
