Anyone know if any restaurants in Dublin serve ceviche? I've made it sound terrible but it is my favorite seafood. Just never found it in Ireland. Probably need to make it myself.

Chapter One has a scallop ceviche at the moment. And it's FAABBB.
I'm sure other places have it too.
