Any Dublin restaurant serving ceviche?

Anyone know if any restaurants in Dublin serve ceviche? (also spelt civiche, seviche)

It is a fish dish from several South American countries, normally white meat, sea fish "cooked" by marinade of line or lemon juice and onion and spices, served cold.

I've made it sound terrible but it is my favorite seafood. Just never found it in Ireland. Probably need to make it myself.

    Any suggestions? Thanks.

Chapter One has a scallop ceviche at the moment. And it's FAABBB.
I'm sure other places have it too.
