Medical: Spurs and laser treatment

    I am looking for information on state of the art treatment for a shoulder spur. I have had all sorts of medical intervention and nothing works and now may need surgery which is risky.I have been told that laser treatment might be an option. Anyone know a state of the art doctor who uses laser treatment.

    Not quite sure what you are looking for here
    who told you that there is a spur, is this on the basis of examination, XRAY or scan
