    im looking for a good whey protein that isnt to expensive and good quality, im currently using the usn 100% whey but i heard good stuff about the optimal gold standard whey, has anyone ever used either and which is the best.

    I just ordered off myprotein.co.uk, it has been recommended by quite a few members here. It's pretty cheap too.

    Yeah I'd reccomend it. I bought a sack of it recently as it was going cheap in my local supplement shop. I used to use nutrition x whey but I found there were terrible problems with consistency (some batches would taste weird, wouldn't mix properly etc). the ON stuff tastes pretty good and is reasonably priced so that ticks most of my boxes
