HUGE MS word Problem

    Assignment due in 2moro and MS word has done something VERY strange! Most of the assignment is coming up as question marks in boxes instead of letters!! some of the letters are showing up!!
    anyone got any idea??:confused::confused::confused::confused::confused:
    PLEASE HELP!!!

    Sounds like it was corrupted, did you do anything before this happened? Like pull a memory key out while it was still engaged or did Word crash?

    That or everything is set to some strange font somehow.

    Try closing it and opening it again? This has worked for me before!

    If it prompts you to save before closing then chose the "save as" option.

    It was a friend of mine having the trouble and it turns out it was a corrupted memory stick! I was on the other end of the fone trying to help her fix it!!
    big sigh of relief!!:):)
    the first thing i thought it was, was she had put it in a funny font too!!

    luckily not! you can download something that recovers corrupted files from memory sticks!
