Plateau - Advice on Diet & Routine Please

    Hi all,

    I am 30 yrs old male, approx. 90kg, approx. 13 % bf.

    I'm following the plan below with some success for the past 4 months.

    I have updated the weights routine several times (approx. every 5 weeks) with the most current below. I will also include intervals (threadmill, incline full (15), 8 x 30s @ Speed 13+, rest for 60s) & pilates several times a week.

    Aim is to get to 8-10 % bf.

    Results are starting to plateau - all advice/ suggestions on improvements would be very much appreciated.
