Document reader for iPhone?

What's the best document reader for iPhone?

I see a couple advertised on iTunes, but they seem to involve sending your documents to an online site then downloading them, something I'm not confident about, as my documents may contain personal information, mine and others.

I'd mostly be turning documents (that I want to carry with me) into PDFs.

There's an app called "files lite" which stores your files on your iPhone. Once set up you can map the drive on a Mac or PC and transfer the files through your wireless network. The drive may appear to be on the Internet but it's just on your local network. Proof of this is that I can access the files on my iPod Touch even when I have no network.

Richard, the instructions say to enter the Files URL. How do I find out what that is?

Oh, wait, found a video tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kgNauZmQApk&eurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.olivetoast.com%2FFiles%2Fvideos.shtml&feature=player_embedded

Yes, I think you go to Map network drive and put in the http address mentioned in that YouTube video

EDIT: here is how you do it on XP - I presume Vista is similar
