A friend of mine has an older grand piano in his house, which needs to either find a home or end up in a skip. Free to take, but would need taker to transport.
    Anyone have any ideas, contacts?

    C.

You'll have no problem getting rid of that. What condition is it in? I know somebody who restored my own piano that we bought in a bad way. Might be interested in doing this

I would also be very interested in it. Where are they based. I could collect.

Put an ad up in adverts, with pictures, location, and a rough price. Or free. I've seen pianos get snapped up quickly enough from there, esp the older ones.

Where are you? I'd also be interested!

Otherwise you'd be sure to find somebody who wants it through Adverts.ie or Freecycle
