Is there any way to get a refund on the PSN if one of your friends buys something on it without yur knowledge? I had €2.11 on my PSN, and then I get an email telling me "I" bought "Whats my age again" by Blink-182. I only know ONE friend who likes that type of crap music. I couldnt have bought It because my HDD packed in earlier today @ around 12. I had given him my PSN details so he could download some stuff, and now this happens. Not to worry. I'm going to his on Thursday so I will de-activate my Account on his PS3

On a different note, someone suggest a good HDD online

Are you actually serious here? You honestly want like 2euro back from PSN? Wow seriously though what is 2euro these days, even though it is a recession. And to answer your question I would think sony would laugh at you if you asked for 2euro back because your friend purchased a song download.

Anyways I got my 320GB hard-drive from www.elara.ie it was well worth it I only played 90euro for it and it came within days. Try the site it is excellent and have had no issues with hard-drive.

    Hey Warzone,

Quick question. Exactly which drive did you get from Elara?
I heard mixed reviews about different types that work and dont work 5400rpm or 7200rpm and that the 7200rpm can over-work the PS3 etc...??
Or that certain 500GB will not be recognized by the PS3?
(just from what I have read in certain forums)
    Cheers

WD3200BEVT Notebook Drvive 2.5" SATA 5400rpm 8MB , WD offers the most available capacity for space-hungry operating systems like Windows Vista, Fast Efficient,Quiet,Reliable & Rugged

    1

    €73.00

It is no longer available on elara anymore. I saw it on boards bargain alerts and the price increased to like €120 a week after I received so I was very happy with my purchase and considering this was July 08 I don't think there was many cheap hard-drives back then.

Thats all the information I have on that hard-drive that I got.

Dude. I'm not trolling. I was gonna keep the money for when more Burnout DLC came out.

But he went and spent it on ****ing Blink 182 of all bands. So yeah. I actually do want my money back. I wouldn't have cared as much if it was spent on something I was interested in.

    Thanks for the HDD advice

I have a 7200RPM WD Scorpio Black HDD in my PS3. Runs no hotter than any 5400RPM HDD but is faster.

Serves you right for giving your account details to someone else. You don't have a leg to stand on trying to get a refund from sony. Get the money back from your friend.

I'd recommend this, it's gotten great customer reviews and it's relatively cheap considering the exchange rate, shipping costs aren't bad either, I'm buying it as soon as I get some disposable income :pac:

Sony have terrible customer service they could give a flying **** about us. I downloaded about 15 euro worth of Rock band stuff that didnt work and they refused to refund it. They just sent a snotty email saying we only refund if its faulty. I replied not working is pretty ****ing faulty !!!!.

Next day i got sent a questionare asking how my customer service experience had been. lets just say it wasnt a glowing refrence :D

Your mate spending your money would make you mad
Your mate spending your money on Blink182 would make you even madder
your mate spending your last 2 euro on blink 182 with out you knowing AAAAHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!
