Mods - wasn't sure where to put this so feel free to move.

This is unbelievable. In the UK the Daily Mail (or Associated Newspapers) have been campaigning for some time against the roll out of the cervical cancer vaccine while in Ireland the same newspaper has been campaigning FOR the same vaccine.

How can one not be fond of something that the "Daily Mail" despises?

They're just putting out stories that they think will sell more papers in their repective market. The sun did the same when the euro came in. Irish sun praising it, the english sun was rediculing it. It's all about the money.

If only more things in pop-culture were as wonderful as Stephen Fry.

do you have any idea why they were against a rollout of a cervical cancer vaccine that could potentially save a LOT of lives?

    just wondering...:pac:

At least for once theres a little bit of difference between the papers-normally they just take the English edition wipr their arse with it and call the result an Irish version when its mostly the same pointless, reactionary, bull****.

why should everyone else be forced to pay for something that these lazy twats won't fund themselves? If you want to get your cooch vacinated for cancer, you pay for it. Stop drinking your stella or dutch for a few months, cut down on the fags and save some of your own money for the procedure.

    isnt it about €20?

and i severly doubt is the extreme lower classes that would be the only ones availing of this.
