Can anyone explain how the seed sprouted and grew into a branch without sunlight and soil nutrients and such?

    The mind boggles...

Doctors will want to carry out a root and branch evaluation of their diagnosis procedures.

All plant seeds start off with their own food store.
The seeds of apples are just the pips inside, the actual edible apple bit is its food store. Same goes for the pine nut.
It lived off the pine nut supplies and the lungs had plenty of moisture for water. It would've eventually died when the pine nut food supply ran out and it had no access to sunlight.

My sister knows a woman who had a bad cough, was sent for an xray and a wee roundy thing showed up. The docs thought it was a little tumour...sent her for a broncoscopy...and lo and behold they found a button. Dunno a fcuk how that got there:confused::D. How would you inhale a button?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,883 ✭✭✭wudangclan

chocolate button or ordinary clothing type button?

You know, it never crossed my mind to ask. I'd say it was a clothing type one 'cos a chocolate one would surely melt into some kind of goo all mixed up with the mucus...it wouldn't have been identifiable as a chocolate button. I'd imagine it would be more likely to inhale a chocolate one though.

wood they be doing a full body check up now they dont want to be barking up the wrong tree and finding one connected to his heart or something - he'll soon have a forest growing inside him if they aren't careful - definate job for that specialist tree surgeon
