    Do people believe that this will be enforced full and hard with immediate effect or will it be brought in gradually? Gotta be many people out there that have a reasonably roadworthy car that may fail on minor things that will cost big money!

    Yeah - but it was never enforced. I think it was €400 at the time. Is it just gonna be the same horses**t as before or will it be enforced? I've spoken to a few dealers today who were inundated with customers booking in cars for a full service. Media driven panic?
