Admin Law Revision help

    I have summer exams coming up in 4 weeks and i've been in and out of hospital for most of the semester and i need all the help i can get for the exams...

    what is the best revision book for Administrative Law?

    Also is there a good one for Trusts?

    Sorry to say it Rabeile31 but there arent any Admin revision books. I was in the same position as you last year but the only book on Irish Administrative law that i could find in print was Hogan.

    Admin - DeBlacam but its a big book and somewhat dated; and

    Equity - Delany is the best one.

    For Admin law there are relatively few areas that reoccur in exams and I think (depending on the examiner and syllabus) it can be covered off fairly quickly. The best method might be to try and get the class notes and perhaps some past papers.

    i have Hogan for Admin and Delany for Trusts

    Hogan is so big i was hopin to find something like essential law texts for it but no luck finding anything

    thanks for the advice will try an study my ass off till exams hopefully that will work :rolleyes:

    I think one of the problems facing those using Admin books, is that there are so many recent cases...can i ask what college you are attending, because i know some are more up to date than others re exams and including those cases...

    Get the manuals/notes - Cian's for Admin at bare minimum. Are up to date and very good.
