I have been to jersey & guernsey. Countryside is just amazing.Its not the cheapest place but really nice in the summer. Check out the waterfront in st helier, loads of restaurants, bars & a swimming pool. Plenty to do in jersey- elizabeth castle, st ouens bay, gorey village etc..- Really picturesque islands.
