Got throttled by BT, now unthrottled but only 2Mbit instead of 24Mbit

So I have a 24Mbit line and it worked perfectly fine. Last month I transfered loads of files from my Server in a DataCentre in Germany, unfortunately I got throttled after using 130GB :( Just looking here in the Forum I guess there is no point for me complaining since loads of people mentioned it already that the fair usage policy of BT Irelands 24Mbit package is one of the biggest jokes in Ireland.

Well anyways, after 30 days I have been unthottled, and if I go to speedtest.net I acutally get a good result:

But when I continue downloding stuff from my Server via FTP, I only get an average speed of 200Kbit/s. I use a download manager with accelerated download, which I used before I got throttled as well. And 30 Days ago I downloaded easly with 1500Kbit/s. But now stuck between 150 and 250Kbit/s
I asked my DataCentre if they have any problems, they said everything is fine. Also people from Germany and other countries have no problem downloading from my Server with full seed.

So my thought, could it be that BT actually somehow throttled the speed of my connection to my Servers IP? Since all the 130GB that I used on Traffic was from the one single Server.

Doubtful, your getting your throughput of up to 24MB no problem (which you proved with your ST screenshot) so the problem must lie elsewhere.
