    Congrats on the interview.

You didn't mention how long you have to prepare?

If you have an interview it means based on your CV they believe you have the required skills/experience to fulfill the job so your CV is key in my opinion. Know each section and be able to expand. You must also know the job you are applying for. You should have a description of this and know how to tie the skills required in your previous role to the role you applied for.

You need to be confident in yourself and your abilities. If you don't believe you can do this job then no-one is going to hire you.

Best of luck and let us know how it goes!

have a few days to prepare. have a good friend in HR so she going to prep me tonight over the phone is well. know the area very well. have worked in it with adults with special needs and done two months work experience with young people. so knowing what skills to use and all that is no worries. guess i'm more worried about what way it will go. will they go through my cv first, give me case examples to show how i can put what i know into practice, tell me bout the place etc. .

    Best of luck! :)
Be prepare to answer a few questions on theory......attachment, labelling....stuff like that. You also need to show a genuine interest in working with the group in question. Let us know how you get on!

Also prepare for questions about YOU:

What do you hope to be doing in three/five years from now?

What strengths would you bring to this job?

What is your biggest weakness? What you your friends say that your biggest weakness is?

How do you manage stress / conflict?

practice practice practice . There are loads of sample questions & answers on the web. Practicing answering questions out loud - you feel abit stupid but its the only way you will get a feel for how you will sound on the day. Good luck with it!
