Why not just ask the manufacturers on the site you linked to. Seems from reading it might come with the Key Lo.

I've contacted them but have since not receieved a reply. I have a key-lo, so just the base station needed.

To add scroll listings to a display which I bought. However, they guy who I bought it off did not have a base station to give me.
