    Hi all,

    I'm trying to unlock my iphone at the moment and I found a site that sells software for €30.

    Bought the software, and then found out that it's a total scam (through reading other forums, etc).

    Have I just lost €30 or is there any way of getting the money back (through a chargeback on my credit card or something?)

    you paid by credit card - contact credit card company asap and cancel payment

    I contacted the bank straight away and they said I have to wait a few days for the money to go into their a/c and then I can launch a complaint :(

    did you pay through paypal ? using your card ? if so you could start a payment dispute on paypal.

    At the moment the bank and telling you to wait until it appears on their system (ie. online banking) ...once its there they can flag it and you get money back. (but you will have to phone them again once its available to view online)
