    put in a sunbed this morning but it keep tripping the rcd which is 63amps after 10mins any ideas what could be causing it ,its load is only 8amps and was just wondering would you wire a sunbed up to a rcbo or leave it on a mcb circuit.thanks

    I'd certainly put it on an RCD protected circuit. By it's nature, supplying it via a switched fused outlet might be an idea?

    The tripping may be any number of issues with the appliance, dicky wiring, dodgy control gear for the tubes etc.
