Sky+ and 3e

    Noticed the other night that three episodes of "In Treatment" I'd set up to record during in the week hadn't actually recorded, and were showing up with a status of "FAILED" on the EPG.

    A few test recordings yesterday worked fine on RTE1 and BBC1 but failed again on 3e. If I hit the record button while actually watching the channel it seems to work OK, but scheduling a recording on 3e via the EPG fails repeatedly.

    Anyone experienced anything similar, or have ideas how to resolve it?

    No but I did start recording 'In Treatment' when it first started there, and then stopped as it always seemed to start up to 10mins later than shceduled, and as a result I was always missing the end.

    I did have my box set to add time to the start and end of the recording but it still was no good.

    Stopped recording it in the end, to frustrating. :rolleyes:

    If you turn your sky box off for a few mins then turn it back on again it should work grand. i often get "techncial fault" or "power cut" when set things to record, very annoying. Just a downside to the sky plus box.
