    Help wanted!

I'm considering replacing the drop bars on my Raleigh Randonneur tourer with flat bars. I've removed the stem and it's stamped 22mm, brand is ITM. (threaded fork and expander nut and bolt arrangement).

What can I replace this stem with? I need a straighter or rising stem to bring the bars up a bit- any suggestions?

    Thanks.

Nitto make excellent quill stems - looking down this page, I imagine the Pearl would be the one, but if you really want to get the bars a good bit higher, the Technomic would certainly do the trick. For flat bars I imagine you'll want the 25.4mm versions.
