changing fuses

    anyone know how to change the fuse for the headlights on a 07 honda civic.i can see the fuses but i cant get to them to take it out.they are underneath the steering column but are a bit far in from the casing

    Try a pointy nose pliers if you can't get it with your fingers.

    FYI, if you move to a 'smart' meter electricity plan, you CAN'T move back to a non-smart plan.

    You don't have to take a 'smart' meter if you don't want one, opt-out is available.

    Buy drinks in 3L or bigger plastic bottles or glass bottles or cartons to avoid the DRS fee.

    There should be a small plastic tool OP on the back of the dashboard fuse panel to do this. It is usually yellow or white but can be any colour. See pic attched. If it isn't on the back of the panel it should be in with the fuses....

    slight change in topic if the mods dont mind but i've checked all fuses for the headlights and none are blown and the headlights are intact aswell.the full head light in grand,its only the dip.any ideas
