What day in her cycle is she? What day does she normally ovulate?

lol, you ''accidentally'' climaxed inside your girlfriend and for ''various'' reasons you didn't get the morning after pill yesterday?

Man, if I climax inside a girl with no contraception on either side, you can be damn sure I'm leaving the house 10 minutes later to get the morning after pill.

I'm sure there are places to get it today, as a last resort you could just go to the hospital.

You can get the morning after pill up to 72 hours after the deed's been done. Don't listen the the stupid advice above re: slim chances.

You can go the the MidDoc or EastDoc - depending on where you live. You call them and the nurse asks questions to see if you need a doctor or not and will then advise where to go. It's an after-hours doc if you get me. So you have until Tuesday realistically - so go ASAP. The sooner you get it, the better.

Its been honest, chances ARE slim. But the right thing would be to get your hands on the MAP before tuesday. dont let it wreck your weekend thinking about it though..

And how prey tell are the chances slim when he came inside her ffs? Isn't that how conceiving a baby works??????

It's important you go and get the MAP immediately. If in Dublin phone these guys http://www.ifpa.ie/eng/Sexual-Health-Services/Dublin-City-Centre-Clinic, if they are not open I'd advise that you phone an out of hours GP service immediately and they will prescribe for you. The call out should be in the region of 80euro but well worth it tbh.

just so you know pulling out isn't actually a very effective method of birth control.

Do you know where she is in her cycle? Also, the longer it is left before the MAP is taken the less effective it is AFAIK, as in, it really needs to be taken sooner rather than towards the end of the 72 hours mark.

Go speak to a doctor. It's the only way. You have a 72 hour window for the MAP to be as effective as possible.

Why I asked the question as to where she is in her cycle is because there are realistically only a few days each month when you can conceive (and all those who've tried for months and years will know exactly).

If her period is due tomorrow, it's not a huge worry. If she's due to ovulate tomorrow, then you really need to get some professional help.

Next time don't be stupid and think with the brain in your head, not the one in your pants.

You can conceive any time during the month, there are just times when there's less of a chance than others.

Depends on the woman's cycle. If she's regular, then it's pretty unlikely. If she has a completely messed up cycle, then yes it is possible to conceive at any time of the month. The OP hasn't come back with where she is in her cycle.

There IS always a chance of pregnancy, regardless of where a woman is in her menstrual cycle.

Where this poster's girlfriend is in her cycle does not affect the advice he is going to get here. They should see a GP as soon as possible as the effective window of the MAP is decreasing.

    Well, which is it?

Like I said, it's possible to conceive at any time of the month, doesn't matter how unlikely it is, if there's a chance then there's a chance.
