Black Plate Required

    I seek a black plate to cover over an area on the front of the case where the DVDRW was installed but is no longer there. Its a Dell Dimension 4600. Any ideas?

    hmmmmm i might have one from an 8400 not sure, if u send me a pm tomorrow evening to remind me ill take a pic of it and see if it will fit yours, probably wont but worth a shot. I wont be at my own place till tomorrow evening so cant check now

    Hey Sully, I had a look and i do have one from an 8400

    DELL_8400_chassis_front.jpg

    the one i have is from the 2nd drive bay in the pic, under the dvd rom, its the same size as the one that would cover the dvd drive if it was removed in that pic.

    You cant tell from that image but it's actually curved, ill take a snap on my phone and post it if you think its suitable for the job

    Any chance you can give me the size and ill meassure it? Might do the job, just hard to guess without rough sizes!

    Yes no worries it's 15.5cm x 4cm or 6 inches x 1.5 inches
