I recently bought a Giant Defy 2.5 and I also have a set of Fulcrum racing 5's.
The question is would I be better off changing the standard wheels for the fulcrums.
I do find the bike a bit bouncy at high speed i.e 50kph Would changing the wheels make any difference?

put the Fulcrums on, the Alex arent great, I put fulcrums on my Giant SCR and put the Alex on my Giant CRS commute bike, I have a short commute which they are OK for

I've got them on my trek hybrid at the moment and hit 70kph on last years wicklow 200, so i was very surprised when at 50kph the giant was bouncing quite a bit.
I'll swap them over when i pick up another 9 cassette..
    thanks XZ

The bouncing could just be that you ran out of gears, or not using high enough gear. I was bouncing today an a descent into a headwind, purely because I ran out of gears and had a really high cadence
