    Just saw the results of qualifying for the first round of the championship in Long Beach. Darren McNamara qualified in second place but in the first round he's up against Eric O'Sullivan. Talk about bad luck on Eric's part. Hope the two of them do well in the season ahead both in the States and back home in the Prodrift series

    that's a little harsh eh?
    When I first found out about drifting I thought it was a load going to be a load of boy racer rubbish! But i've seen first hand what hard work dedication and skill that goes into it...and money for that matter!

    everyone is entitled to their own opinion to weather it is a sport or not as it is judged rather than a race , respect everyone's decision though.... if you don't agree that it's a sport that's you're decision and so don't reply to any threads ref drifting ....but you have to in return, respect the fact that alot of people do appreciate it as a sport and may like to see it in this thread!

    Anyway ......this thread was started about two irish drivers who have made it into the 'big leagues' in the US , fair play to them and they deserve the support!
