    STB fraudster jailed

A man who made £360,000 (E396,000) from selling illicit set top boxes in the UK has been jailed for two years.

Paul Boswell, aged 56, illegally modified the boxes so viewers could access digital TV subscription channels for free. Virgin Media’s security department had been investigating Boswell after learning he was selling the boxes at a computer fair.

    You've been warned...there coming..

€396,000! Must have been a busy man updating all them boxes!!!!

but on a serious note, how did he think he would get away with that. I mean it must have been a big enough operation he was running. Serves him right.

I'm glad these illegal modified boxes are nearly redundant most of my mates had to go to the pub today to watch the Liverpool match as they can't get Sky Sports or won't pay for it, where as I watched it in HD in the comfort of my home.:):):)

I for one am personally delighted to see these boxes die as Im sick to death of getting calls and complaints about them going down, when I for one never installed them or sold them...

Also they have done me and many other credible installers out of work, but I look forward to when they finally go down for good as I expect a lot of angry housewifes to be out there forcing there husband to get in an alternative fast lol....rolling pins at the ready
