just been browsing the boards and noticed alot of posts bout bad service be it restaurants, banking, post office, officials, travel whatever but the posters never complained to the necessary places.

just made me think that when i get bad service - i do complain if food is cold, rude clerk behind the counter etc i wouldnt complain bout trivialities though..

would consider myself proactive in this not inactive - therefore i ask fellow posters are ye proactive or inactive people and when you did complain did you get the right response or where you just fobbed of -

this is not directly a consumer question as such mods would prefer the post is after hours to get more responses - just interested in the aspects of proactive against inactive -

    I don't believe you.

edit: should probably stick to inactive =p
