Teaching English in China

    Hey guys,

I have been offered special leave from my permanent job so I have decided to join my partner in China for a few years.I think I will return when the economy picks up whenever that is !!!!
I have a diploma in accountancy but I know it may not be much use in China.I was thinking of doing a TEFL course in Shanghai and then maybe getting a job teaching if possible.I understand the wages will be low but I am on paid special leave so that will help with money issues.

Does anyone have any reliable info on Tefl courses in China,or any other relevant info would be great.I have googled lots of sites but I am kind of unsure of a few.

    Cheers.
    Phil
