Sky+ box crashing?

I got sky+ installed a few weeks ago, and noticed a few times where i would rewind live tv, start watching the stuff for a bit, then sometimes it would just suddenly power off or crash, not sure what. Seems to happen on fast forwarding or rewinding. Anyone come across this?
