I mean like wtf.

There was the mean who reads meters here 2 days ago I checked the numbers and they seem to be in tact more or less(the present meter readings) but the previous meter readings a mark ''E'' which I believe means estimated.

I mean in all fairness that's wicked amount of money I can never pay it can't be right.

I am absolutely desprate, I think I'll just go and hang myself.

What would you do lads?
