    How can i engineer some friendship in my friend? He seems to disapear everytime he meets a woman! I really like the guy, in a mate way. But everytime he meets a woman, he goes away, for a long long time.

    What has this to do with engineering? He is an engineer!

    I'm not going to tell you his name but you should know that his name has the letters A D and O in his name.

    A lawyer, an accountant and an engineer were discussing whether it's better to have a wife or a mistress.

    The lawyer preferred the mistress - "Racy, exciting, secret - what more could you want?!".

    The accountant went for the wife - "Solid, dependable, and consistent".

    The engineer said he wanted both. When asked whether he understood the question (or was just greedy), his answer was simple. "When I'm away from the wife she'd think I'm with the mistress. When I'm away from the mistress she'd think I'm with the wife. And all the time I can be getting a bit of work done in the office".
