Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone is going to get this game today and if you have heard any reviews for the game. In work today and everything is blocked so cannot check any review sites. I did manage to get one summary " A tactical GTA"

I've been interested in picking this up. I've read a handful of reviews and it's getting no more than 7/10 for its score unfortunately. I think I'll wait till it turns up second hand before shelling out for it as I went out and bought Saints Row 2 the day it was released thinking it would fill the hole that GTA IV left when I completed it but was very disappointed.

I liked the first game so even if it's a basically the same gameplay with slightly better graphics i'd still be happy.

PS: My brother won this game on the radio and he doesn't have a PS3 so guess who's getting it??

Averaging 71 on metacritic which isn't that bad, might be worth a gamble if you liked the first game.

I like the first one alot and I would be very interested in getting the second, so has anybody actually got or played this game yet?

I played through the game on the 360.

It is better than the first in some ways (more strategy involved, slightly better graphics, more cities to play around in) but on the the whole there is less game, this took me about 12 hours to finish, where as the first took 30! the driving mechanics in the new one are pretty poor and the plot is ridiculous... no spoilers here though!

If you liked the first game, you'll probably like this too, but it hasn't evolved anywhere near enough to be considered an essential purchase in my view. Still, it was a satisfactory romp while it lasted.

I bought this last Friday, Finished it on Sunday and got the Platinum trophy on Monday, That was me taking my time, Its so easy its unreal!!

Its great fun though, I enjoyed every second of it, Its great fun.

Its kinda like an easy watered down GTAIV. Rent it and finish it then give it back.

I wish I did :P

Ok so I finally got this game yesterday, and i must say it is not as bad as most reviews are making out, It's very similar to the first one but with better tactics, gameplay, and graphics.

It's basically the game I wanted it to be so i'm enjoying it:)
