Hotmail hi jacked

    not sure if this is in the right forum but my friensd just had her hotmail hijacked it wont accept her password and when we try and reset pasword a different security question comes up than the one she chose is there anything that can done ive never had this problem myself so not to sure what to do ? any adivce would be great cheers

    Same thing happened to me as well a few months ago.

    I'm afraid its a case of goodbye and having to set up a new account, I don't think you will get much support from hotmail considering its a "free" service.

    I never tried so maybe I am wrong.

    That's my experience, sorry I could not be more help.

    Same experience here, but original account was with hotmail.com and I recenlty recreated it using the same name on live.ie.
