    IMDB also mentions Ireland, and it probably has to do with Little Bird being one of the production companies involved. According to IMDB they has a hand in many local productions too.

    In fairness about In Bruges, McDonagh plays up his Irish connection for his plays and his material focuses primarily on Ireland and Irish characters rather than British (being British Born with Irish parents). It's easy to see how the confusion can happen.

    And OP I wouldn't trust Wikipedia about anything..
