New means testing due to budget?

Have been getting job seekers allowance for about a month. It is means tested based on my parents income as I'm living at home so I only get about half the total amount. Would there be any point in applying to be means assessed again as my parents are down about €4000 in take home pay due to the budget yesterday? Also, how would I go about that and would my payments be interrupted if I did?
    Thanks

Your parents have nearly 80 euro less per week. I would apply to be means tested again for sure.

I don't know if your payments get interrupted, but it's probably worth it in the long run. If they do get interrupted, I'm sure you get backdated pay.

Yeah, decided to give them a ring just now. Unsurprisingly there was no answer, guess I'll just head into talk to them. Thanks
