Free online Radio Station?

    A few of us in the Dance Music forum are making an online radio station. Going well so far and having a laugh.

    We are using uStream - works quite well and happy with it so far.

    Before we go any further, I want to know if uStream is the best option - or are there others we should be considering?

    This is only for fun and not commercial so free is preferable, but if we can get a way better service for a small fee that would not be too bad.

    Anyone know much about this? What other options are there?

    I've heard of 'moodmedia', but they are purely commercial as far as I know. My gym's music system is linked up to them.

    Shoutcast is another option. Has been around for a while.

    Sorry what I'm looking for is the actual serice that lets you host & broadcast your own radio station.

    Shoutcast lets you broadcast your own station.

    From the site:
    "SHOUTcast Radio is a free-of-charge audio homesteading solution. It permits anyone on the internet to broadcast audio from their PC to listeners across the Internet or any other IP-based network (Office LANs, college campuses, etc.)"
