    Hi all.Looking for some information from someone that has attended interviews for district manager jobs with Lidl.I did a quick search but couldnt find squat.I did the assessment centre 2 weeks ago and got through it and they want to meet me next week.

    Any hints on what kind of questions I can expect?
    Anything in particular I should research?

    Also,in the other lidl threads I did find,there was alot of "they will work you to the bone,you will get burned out in 6 months" and blah blah blah.

    I dont wanna hear any of that please.I know they are a tough company to work for and the hours would be long,guess what,I dont care!

    Finally,if anyone wants info on the assessment centre itself ask here and I will post up the full format and what to expect!

    Hi,

    I am going to the assessment centre next week and would appreciate an idea of what to expect?
    I understand that you have to do a presentation - is this in front of the whole group/ just a few people? Am pretty nervous so would be nice to know what to expect....
