hello can anyone help me. ive been waiting 6-7 weeks for the confirmation letter or wat ever it is that they send out to you after processing your claim. i was told it would be 3-4 weeks. is this 6- 7 weeks normal or what??? and no one seems to answer the phone (8661000) up there so i cant contact them. any one have a…

My OH had terrible problems there with them losing stuff, forgetting things etc. Your best bet is to go up there and join the queue to find out in person what the story is.
