Question regarding the date of a Christening

    Hello everybody, Could I bother ye with a question regarding the date for Christening my son?

    My father died last year in May, I now have a son who was born about 5 weeks ago, we are talking now about when would be a suitable date for Christenting him - I thought it might be a nice idea to Christen him straight after my fathers anniversary mass and have both on the same day, I figured it would be a nice tribute to both of them. I also thought that since they did not get to meet in person maybe involving them in ways such as this is the best we can now do?

    What do you think about this? Thanks for your help!
