Gona be lifting now at 6am for the next 4 weeks due to a change of work. Did this before years ago before i was properly into my lifting, nutrition ect. ment to be starting 2moro but i just realised now, im basically going to be running on empty.

People who lift early morning, you eat at all before you hit the gym? and if so what, bearing in mind i train from home so i dont have 20 mins travel time to let something half digest.

how much if any do you find it affects your numbers? im expecting it 2 hit someway, but not sure how much.

the nutrition is my main concern, cheers as usually ive had all day to load up

How about a banana and some milk as soon as you get up? Do anything you need to do (that you can do before workout) then do your workout.
