ok so with roughly 9 weeks till my holiday i want to loose a some weight and tone up (a lot) like many people i have tried before and well failed miserably but i really wanna give it a fair shot this time plus i wanna make sure i can stick with eating healthy and exercising i don't want it to be just for the 9 weeks...

basically what i want to know is aiming to loose 1stone in 9 weeks being realistic? is it even possible? :D

    female
    5"2

i'm not going to say it's impossible , but it'll be very very VERY hard ,

i always watch the show the biggest loser and in the first few weeks the guys and girls are losing 8 - 10+ a week ,

any thing is possible , you just need to do the work

Check out the stickies for general advice, and the Better Body Challenge for tips. If you're starting from scratch with not much fitness or muscle mass then I'd say a stone is definitely possible in 9 weeks if you follow the advice in the Better Body Challenge :)
