    hi,
    what type of plug adapter do you need?
    how far are the pyramids from cairo? - wondering about whether to do day trip/ over-nite from dahab
    how is the weather in dahab and cairo at the moment/how cool is it in dahab at night time these days, we're going on thurs :cool:
    what's the nite life like in dahab? have heard it can be quiet. would a nite in sharm be the thing to do?
    any other practical advice/suggestions welcome!
    about time wew tried to find out, d'ya reckon???:eek:

    Plug adapter is european two pronged one.
    Pyramids are IN Cairo, basically on the edge of the city, visible while in some parts of the city, depending on smog!
    Coming from Dahab I'd do an overnight trip if time/money allows. Dahab to Cairo is almost 7 hours by bus each way. We did a "day" trip from Nuweiba (near enough Dahab), up at 12:30am, leave at 1am, arrive Cairo 8am, see sights, Pyramids etc, lunch, Museum, bus back at 5pm, home at 12pm, WRECKED!!!

    have accomm booked for week in dahab but have heard it can be very quiet at nite time. now thinking of booking a couple nites in sharm'. any hotels to be recommended?
