I've gap between my two front teeth, and also a small gap to either side of them. I seriously considering getting rid of the gap but would love to know what my options are. to be honest i'm not keen on wearing a brace.

has anyone ever had bonding done and does it discolour quickly?
has anyone ever used invisalign to close a gap?
    any advise greatly appreciated!

No need to get rid of a small gap between your teeth imo. If you feel self concious about it try going to your dentist he might give you some on options on what you could do

For all those who feel they are being ripped off in ireland, take a look at this guy's fees, and his profit would be a lot more than any dentist here as working costs are lower.

I had three Porcelain veneers fitted to the same front tooth over two years. They all broke. My dentist told me he was at a dentists convention and most dentists were reporting that they are not very successful.

There is nothing wrong with having a gap in your teeth. Keep them clean and keep on smiling.

    There are four options

    1) No tx
    2) Composite bonding (discolor over time, difficult for dentist to get as natural result as no 3.)
    3) Porcelain veneers (may fracture if px grinds and doesn't wear nightguard)
    4) Orthodontics (will probably have to wear retainer for life or bonded retainer, may require option 2 or 3 as well for best results)

often options 2 and 3 result in short stubby looking teeth. ideally reserved only for when there are problems in tooth size.
