Kickboxing for 12 year old girl

    Hello

    My sisters niece wants to try kickboxing, 12 years old, based in the citycentre, any suggestions would be appreciated. Il send her to bridgestone when shes 16!

    You could try Shika Do Karate

    Not technically kick boxing but plenty of pad work , drills and sparring and a kid/ teen class . They also practise forms and grappling .

    Its held in the handball centre beside Croke Park community centre , im not sure of the exact times but I know its Tuesday and thursday nights - I think at 7

    Depending on size, I think 14's ok for bridgestone. The boss man can confirm or deny. Can't help with suggesting a kickboxing gym though, sorry.

    my niece started it when she was about that age and four years later is still loving it. there's a club in the parish centre on Manor street if thats near you. there's a kids and seniors section so it would be good for her to mix with kids her own age.
