    Hi,

I am putting up a new fence in my back garden and need some suggestions on how to attach it to the existing concrete fence which looks like this

so that it looks like this

Note I'll be putting a row of bricks underneath to keep it level and stop it rotting, my issue is how to keep the fence in place!
Any thoughts\suggestions welcome - there are about 10 panels in total.
    Thanks.

One way is to cut out the old beams and then fill the holes in the concrete posts with treated timber plugs (hammered in). Then screw a vertical batten into the plugs, and you now have what is effectively a timber post at each end to fix the new fence to.
